An executive Interactive session 'Vanga Saathikkalam'

Dr. Karthikeyan Veerasamy , The principal of Thyagarajar Polytechnic College addressed our MBA students on ?vaanga saadhikalam?.He highlighted about the importance of soft skills, leadership, the willingness to learn and building the right team at the right time. Valuable insights from the holy books of Bible, Bhagavad-Gita and Quran were also re- emphasised. The back story of Ramraj advertisement was also shown as an example of how to use emotional Intelligence effectively to overcome any barrier. The interactive session was concluded with an uplifting note on perseverance successfully.
