In celebration of International Women's Day, the Sona School of Business and Management hosted a guest lecture on “Women Entrepreneurs – Empowering Women for Entrepreneurship”.

The session was delivered by Mrs. Rekha Ramanathan of ARRS Group and an active member of Young Indians. Drawing from her entrepreneurial journey, she shared valuable insights on overcoming challenges, building confidence, and navigating the realities of the business world.

The interaction inspired the women MBA students, offering perspectives on pursuing entrepreneurial ambitions, balancing responsibilities, and leveraging the growing ecosystem that supports women-led ventures today.
