Keynote by Air Marshal M Matheswaran, AVSM, VM, Ph.D (Retd)

Air Marshal M Matheswaran, a towering figure in Indian defence strategy, delivered a gripping address on Operation SINDOOR—known for its precision and calculated execution. Drawing from over 39 years of experience in the Indian Air Force, he shared insights on planning high-stakes missions, the role of intelligence, and strategic coordination in aerospace warfare.

As former Deputy Chief of the Integrated Defence Staff and current Chairman of The Peninsula Foundation, his perspective bridged defence operations and public policy. The session highlighted how military leadership lessons are relevant to business management, particularly in risk assessment, strategy formulation, and crisis response.
